Return Policy

Your purchase may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. Product must be in new, unworn condition. No refund will be given if not in perfect re-sellable condition. Please note that if the product has custom non-refundable lenses then the refund will only apply to the frame cost.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've processed the returned item.


Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item please specify that items name, color, and power and include a copy if your invoice. There will be a $5.95 fee to cover processing your exchange and shipping cost. Please include a check made out to Speert.com with your return as we do not keep payment information on file.

All returns/exchanges must be safely packed in a suitable box. No envelopes can be used. Incoming shipments must be shipped USPS. The customer is responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. You may wish to insure the package.
